Shabu Shabu is a Japanese hot pot cuisine, which a large pot with broth will be served on table, and diners will add in raw ingredients, such as thinly sliced beef, pork, seafood, vegetables and cook inside the broth. After the ingredients are cooked, dip it into your customised dipping sauce and enjoy!

Shabu Shabu is not common in Melbourne CBD, Sukiyaki Restaurant is the only place which serves premium wagyu beef and Kobe wagyu beef for both Sukiyaki cuisine and Shabu Shabu. Shabu Shabu is a popular cooking style from Japan where friends and family get together and dip thinly sliced meat and other fresh ingredients into steaming hot broth. You can find a selection of soup base such as Traditional Kyoto Sukiyaki Konbu, Soy Milk, Tonkotsu, Spicy Miso and our speciality deluxe French Black Truffle with Konbu soup base. The Japanese restaurant also offers a variety of Japanese food such as gyoza, sashimi, tempura and karaage. Apart from premium Wagyu Beef, Sukiyaki Restaurant also offers Kurobuta pork, which is a highly prized Black Berkshire pork in Japan, and a variety of fresh seafood such as spanner crab, whole snapper and oysters and more.
